Upon entering the space you’ll discover a spacious living room and dining area for multiple people. Smart TVs are in every bedroom and living room! This is a place to kick back and relax after a long day. The apartment has quiet and friendly neighbors. The common wall is in the living room- I have personally stayed at this unit for several days and have never experienced noise issues.

Guests are welcome to go to any public areas of the premises. Parking is accessible anywhere in the complex.

This complex is nestled in a desirable part of Adel, just east of the 75. You will pass through the main part of town before entering the quiet and more spacious neighborhoods of the established community. The complex is gated, but only closed during the evening.
